Chamber Music Intensive

Ages: 12 - 18
Session Length: 8 sessions, masterclass & recital
Skill Level: Intermediate and Up

Using their hallmark teaching techniques, the Cavani String Quartet will lead inspiring chamber music education in the Chamber Music Intensive program. Students will focus on communication, empathy, and teamwork while exploring some of the greatest music written from the past, present, and from around the world.

In a special partnership with The Music Settlement (TMS), the Cavani String Quartet will provide support to ongoing TMS programs and feature Cavani performers in special TMS concert events throughout the year.

About Chamber Music Intensive

Join the Cavani String Quartet for a lively semester of chamber music! Each semester will consist of eight hour-long coaching sessions, a performance class, and a final concert. Students will develop communication, empathy, and teamwork skills while exploring some of the greatest music from around the world.

Open to violin, viola, cello, bass, and piano. Preformed groups are strongly encouraged. Meeting dates and times will be selected once groups are formed.
