The Double Bass Instructor advances and supports the mission of The Music Settlement through the following actions:

This position reports to the Chair of the Center for Music.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
The Double Bass Instructor will be evaluated upon the following criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree in music (or related field) required, Master’s preferred.
Previous experience in private teaching is desired. Salary will be based upon level of education and teaching experience.
The Double Bass Instructor must personally adhere to all established personnel policies and practices of The Music Settlement.
