Faculty

Joshua Frisch, MS, MT-BC is a Board Certified Music Therapist who began working at The Music Settlement in March 2019. He has an undergraduate degree in music education from State University of New York at Fredonia and a Master’s degree in Music Therapy from Nazareth College of Rochester, New York. He completed his internship at Hospice of the Western Reserve, serving patients across the lifespan at the hospice houses, other facilities, and in their homes. At The Music Settlement, Josh provides music therapy services to a variety of individual clients with diagnoses such as Autism and PTSD. He also leads several different music therapy groups at community outreach locations, such as Stella Maris, NAMI (National Alliance for Mental Illness), and Koinonia Enterprises.
