You May Have Noticed...

To Our TMS Family:

TMS is committed to the safety, security, and well-being of all those who visit us at our University Circle and Ohio City campuses and our Bop Stop performance venue. As part of our capital campaign, TMS has been busy with various facilities updates, incorporating extra security and safety measures and replacing the old (and in some cases VERY old) with the new. Some improvements are more visible than others, so we’d like to share with you the recently completed and on-going projects across our campuses.

• Installed a new security camera system at our UC campus, providing a more safe and secure environment by monitoring all areas around campus (includes the front circle, playground, outdoor classroom, courtyard, and our overflow parking lot)
  
  
• Resurfaced our UC parking lot! Check out the before and after pictures!

• Replaced, and added LED lighting to the University Circle campus parking lots, increasing the amount of light on the lot
  
  
• Installed UV lights and placed air purifiers to more effectively kill bacteria and viruses (including COVID), and remove air contaminants
  
  
• Installed a new auto damper system in the Early Childhood building to improve temperature conditions, as well as provide notable energy cost savings
  
  
• Improved cybersecurity organization-wide by instituting security measures and trainings
  
  
• Replaced two coolers at Bop Stop
  
  
• Installed livestreaming equipment at Bop Stop so concerts can also be viewed online

We also have the following projects in progress:

• Installation and training for the Alertus Mass Notification System across all three of our locations
  
  
• Improving accessibility at our UC campus by repairing our elevator and adding steps and handrails to better access our facility
  
  
• Replacing old network servers
  
  
• Adding gutter guards
