BOP STOP at The Music Settlement is Cleveland's premier listening room: an intimate, acoustically pristine performance venue with sweeping views of Lake Erie.
Cleveland Public Library has named Geri Presti, President and CEO of The Music Settlement, to the Cleveland 230. The Cleveland 230 is part of One Cleveland, a recognition of individuals whose work, leadership, and impact reflect the spirit and strength of the city. Cleveland Public Library is unveiling new honorees daily through the end of the year, celebrating the people who have shaped Cleveland's history and who are shaping its future.
In its tribute, the Library describes Geri as a mentor and a formidable leader who embodies the very essence of leadership. Her energetic spirit and passionate, positive outlook have defined her tenure leading TMS, an arts and cultural anchor in Cleveland. At the helm of this 114-year-old community music school, she works to build an environment where all voices are welcomed, represented, heard, and able to participate fully in the arts.
That commitment shapes the work across the organization. TMS offers accessible, life-enhancing music and arts experiences for people of all ages and backgrounds at its three campuses and through live performances at BOP STOP.
Congratulations, Geri. Follow the full Cleveland 230 series through Cleveland Public Library's website and social channels.
