FAQs

Where is my ticket?

If you purchase a ticket to a show through our website, you will be sent an email receipt. That receipt serves as your ticket for the show. However, we will keep a list of ticket purchasers and have your name on our list when you check in. Be sure to check your email to confirm that you received your receipt.

What are BOP STOP's hours of operation?

BOP STOP is an event based performance space and is only open on evenings when there is a performance. On evenings of a show, doors open one hour prior to showtime unless otherwise specified.

Is a reservation required to attend a performance? Can I purchase a ticket at the door? What is the club's seating policy?

Reservations are not required to attend a concert. BOP STOP's capacity is only 100 so evenings do sell out. We encourage guests to purchase tickets ahead of time. If you purchase a ticket in advance you are guaranteed a seat at the show. However, all tickets are general admission and seating is first come first served. Tickets are available to purchase at the door if the concert does not sell out in advance.

How does food and drink service work at the venue?

BOP STOP does not have waiters/waitresses for table service. All drink orders are placed at the bar. Drinks will be made to order and handed to you immediately. Drink orders are NOT taken at tables.

When our kitchen is in operation, orders may be placed through QR code provided at the bar. Your food will be brought to your table by a a member of the kitchen staff when your order is ready. If you are in need of assistance placing an order, a member of the kitchen staff will be able to assist you.

Is there a drink minimum?

No, we do not have a drink or food minimum. At the same time, tickets to shows does not include food and beverages. Tickets to shows only provide you a seat at the venue and drinks and food can be purchased at the bar for an additional cost.

Is there a dress code?

BOP STOP does not have a specific dress code. Many people dress casually but others prefer to dress up. We will not turn you away based on what you are wearing as long as you are covered!

Does the BOP STOP have parking?

The BOP STOP does have a parking lot at the same address as the venue. The parking lot only has 22 spots so it does fill up quickly. Parking in the lot is free. Additional parking can be found on the streets surrounding the club. Street parking is also free.

Is BOP STOP an all ages venue?

Yes, BOP STOP is an all ages venue.

I bought tickets to a show, but I (or someone in my party) cannot make it. What are my options?

All ticket sales are final. Unless a concert is canceled, we do not typically issue refunds or credits.

You may transfer your ticket to another person if you are able to find a substitute for yourself/your party. We recommend you email us at bopstop@themusicsettlement.org to inform us if there are any changes.
