Music Therapy
Established in 1966, our pioneering Center for Music Therapy (CMT) uses guided music experiences to help individuals meet life's challenges.
BOP STOP
BOP STOP at The Music Settlement is Cleveland's premier listening room: an intimate, acoustically pristine performance venue with sweeping views of Lake Erie.
We have partnered with Sing and Swing, a Licensed Music Together® Center, to provide their curriculum for our Arts for the Young. Introduced in 1987, Music Together® is a developmentally appropriate music and movement curriculum for children ages birth-eight. Children five and younger participate with a parent or caregiver in our fun, interactive Mixed Ages classes. Older children can participate in our Rhythm Kids classes with or without a parent. Both classes emphasize play based music learning through songs, rhythms, instruments and movement. Rhythm Kids incorporates drumming, rhythm patterns of many cultures and games into the musical fun.
If you are new to the program and interested in trying one of our classes, please enroll for one of our Demo classes!
See below to learn more about these Arts for the Young programs and to enroll.
