Our Center for Music Therapy was the first large-scale community music therapy program in the country to offer clinical, preventative, and supportive services focused on the evidence-based application of music to accomplish individual goals within a therapeutic setting.
From infants to senior adults, our Center for Music Therapy serves clients with one or more domains of human functioning challenges – cognitive, academic, emotional / psychological, behavioral, physiological – through private and group sessions, and in conjunction with family and other healthcare professionals. Our therapists provide services on-site and at various agency partnerships.
Our therapists deliver innovative, research-based music therapy experiences that have helped thousand of individuals and continue to make a positive impact on the overall well-being of our community.
We offer year-round enrollment and financial assistance to qualifying applicants.
Our board-certified music therapists utilize innovative techniques to address social, communicative, emotional, behavioral, physical, developmental, and psychological objectives.
In addition to our state-of-the-art music therapy studios at The Music Settlement, music therapists serve clients around Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio.
