BOP STOP at The Music Settlement is Cleveland's premier listening room: an intimate, acoustically pristine performance venue with sweeping views of Lake Erie.

The Junior J@MS Program offers an introduction to improvisation and combo playing for the younger beginning or intermediate instrumentalist.
This program prepares students for the J@MS Program and helps students acclimate to the Saturday program environment.

Residing in the Cleveland area, Randolph Woods has established himself as a versatile and accomplished musician, educator and composer. Residing in the Cleveland area, Randolph Woods has established himself as a versatile and accomplished musician, educator and composer.
After graduating top of his class from Shaw High School in East Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Woods went on to study at the illustrious Howard University in Washington, D.C. Mr. Woods is currently a student at Kent State University. His training in music education, clarinet performance and saxophone performance has served him well as he has built a career of passion, mentorship and community outreach.
As a composer and performer, Mr. Woods has embraced and performed a vast array of musical genres. Jazz, classical, reggae, R&B, funk, musical theater, blues and Rock & Roll have all been apart of his unique experience, as he has performed in dozens of musical ensembles in the Cleveland and Washington, D.C. areas.
Mr. Woods currently directs the wind and percussion ensembles at Shaw High School, as well as Shaw High’s resident jazz fusion ensemble known as “The Shaw High School Rhythm Teens.” At The Music Settlement, Mr. Woods serves as an ensemble coach for J@MS and saxophone instructor.
