Les Délices @ BOP STOP

It is a rare thing to ever hear more than one or two oboes - let alone an ensemble made up entirely of double reeds in different shapes and sizes. With “The Musketeers,” a fun and colorful program featuring various baroque oboes, recorders, bassoon, baroque guitar, theorbo, and percussion, Les Délices (pronounced Lay day-LEASE) will introduce Northeast Ohio audiences to the uniquely beautiful sounds of a baroque oboe band while exploring the rich relationships between music, ritual, time, and place.
Les Délices will present a free 45-minute interactive Family Concert “What’s an Oboe?”at 4pm at the BOP STOP on Saturday October 25.
In addition, Les Délices will present “The Musketeers” at the BOP STOP on Saturday October 25, 2014 at 8pm. $25 Adv. $30 at Door.
