Clear Water is the union of eclectic trumpeter/producer Donald Malloy and dynamic drummer Kush Abadey.
This incredible New York City based duo has worked with Grammy Award winners and nominees such as, Tye Tribbet, Nicholas Payton, Roy Hargrove, and Wallace Roney.
In 2013 Clear Water released their self titled debut album and toured performing at venues such as The Detroit Electronic Music Festival and The Youngstown Jazz Festival. In 2014 the duo released its second album Souls That Matter which has been featured on Unheard Voices Magazine, The Brown Kid Blog, and Life Styles Defined.
With their music being compared to the bass drops of Skrillex, grooves to Soundgarden, and overall feel to 70s Miles Davis, Clear Water is pushing the envelope in the music world. The union of this electronic/acoustic duo is greatly defining the sound of Electro Jazz.
