Beginners welcome! Ages 6 and up. Free and open to the public.

January 26 from 1:00pm - 2:00pm

String Department Open House at our Ohio City campus

Have you ever wondered what a violin or cello lesson looks like?

Here's your chance to find out! The Music Settlement invites interested students ages 6 and up to our beautiful new Ohio City campus for an introduction to the violin and cello, followed by a group lesson (your choice of violin or cello).

The Music Settlement Faculty members, Ida Mercer (cello) and Kelsey Ferguson (violin) will present a short program, talk about the instruments, and then give a sample 20-30 minute group lesson. Instruments will be provided for use during the lesson for those that need one.

This program is free of charge and open to the public, but please reserve a space by emailing mcharboneau@themusicsettlement.org, or calling 216-421-5806 ext. 180.

There is free parking behind the building.
