Carol Leslie, Scottish jazz vocalist, returns to the BOP STOP on October 12th, 2019, 8pm, with her “Torch Songs by Twilight” show, honoring the greats, such as Sarah Vaughn, Oleta Adams, Diana Krall, Amy Winehouse, Melodie Gardot, Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Madeleine Peyroux, and more.
She brings with her a great line-up of musicians, Mike Elkins (arr: piano), Brad Bolton (bass, acoustic, sound engineer), Sunny Tabler (drums, Oberlin jazz graduate). This show promises to please, across time and genre - jazz, R & B, contemporary, blues, with even a little Celtic flair.
