Come together to take a trip down the long and winding road and fall in love with the Beatles all over again in Helen Welch’s dynamic, uplifting, humorous and musical journey. With her talented trio lead by Internationally acclaimed vocalist and entertainer Helen the show is a fresh take on some of the Beatles classic songs that speaks to all ages.
The evening will feature new renditions of romantic ballads such as ‘Here, There and Everywhere’, ’Yesterday’ and ‘While My Guitar Gently Weeps’. There will be a ‘barn burning’ renditions of “Can’t Buy me Love”, a very funky “We Can Work it Out”, “Help” as a gospel ballad, Latin grooves on “Norwegian Wood” and Ticket to Ride and Hard Days Night as you’ve never heard them before!
Helen will be joined by pianist Joe Leaman, bassist Bryan Thomas and drummer Anthony Taddeo. Together they will revisit these beautiful melodies in a blend of pop, jazz and blues that will inspire and remind us that great music knows no boundaries and that the Beatles were masters when it came to writing songs.Back to Calendar
