A mental health workshop, free and open to the public
Please join us this afternoon for a workshop where we will discuss and engage in activities meant to de-stress and relax our minds using music! Music experiences will include drumming, drawing, moving to music, and learning how to create mindful playlists appropriate to your mood.
2:00 pm -- Public session (free of charge, open to the community)
3:30 pm -- Private session for faculty of The Music Settlement
Both sessions will take place at our University Circle campus in the Burke Mansion's Faculty Lounge on the 2nd floor. The Faculty Lounge is accessible by stairs and elevator.
