BOP STOP at The Music Settlement is Cleveland's premier listening room: an intimate, acoustically pristine performance venue with sweeping views of Lake Erie.
Cleveland saxophonist Chris Burge returns to the BOP STOP for an evening of standards and original compositions with his quartet, The CB4. The CB4 began in 2021 with a regular engagement at Jimmy's Place in Olmsted Falls, and has performed at BluJazz+ and the Bop Stop. The members have long performed together for private occasions, and as a backup band to other artists, such as Evelyn Wright.
The quartet is led by Christopher Burge, and plays tight, melodic, groove-oriented, and highly personal interpretations of American Songbook, Jazz, World, and Pop Standards, as well as originals. A recording of the group is in the works.
Tickets for this performance are $20 each. This event will also be livestreamed on BOP STOP's Facebook page at showtime. Accessing the stream is free but donations are encouraged and directly support the band. To donate, select "Donation: Livestream Attendee" as your Ticket Option above and follow the steps below:
