Ben Tweedt Trio @ BOP STOP

Cincinnati-based pianist and composer, Ben Tweedt, leads a trio of some of southern Ohio's best musicians. Tickets to attend this show are $20 each.

Ben Tweedt is a pianist, composer, and arranger based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. Known for his lush harmonies, intricate compositions, and lyrical improvisation, Ben is one of the highest-demand young musicians in the Midwest. His compositions and repertoire reflect his wide range of musical interests, including jazz, gospel, European classical music, Afro-Cuban music, and Brazilian music. In recent years, Ben has collaborated with such illustrious artists as Dan Wilson (Christian McBride, Joey DeFrancesco), Walfredo Reyes Jr. (Chicago, Santana, Joe Sample, Tania Maria), and Jamey Haddad (Paul Simon, Bokante, Dave Liebman) and was the winner of the 2019 American Jazz Pianist Competition.
