A Fundraising Event In Partnership With The Vitrolite in Ohio City
November 28 from 7:00pm - 9:00am
This event has been canceled due to weather. Any ticket refund inquiries must go through the presenters and Eventbrite.
Presented by The Vitrolite in Ohio City, comedian Terence Hartnett performs his "1 Ball Show" raising awareness for mens health. A portion of ticket sales go towards Movember -- a fundraiser The Vitrolite partakes in during the month of November to raise awareness of men's health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men's suicide.
Tickets are $15 each and can be purchased here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1-ball-show-with-terence-hartnett-tickets-753840004747?aff=oddtdtcreator
When Terence Hartnett found out that his testicular cancer had spread to his lung, he got out his notebook and started writing jokes. Almost a year later, “1 Ball Show” has been performed at NYC’s Caroline’s on Broadway, Chicago’s Lincoln Lodge, and at the UK’s prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival for sold-out crowds. Chemo sucks and so does losing a lung, but if you can’t laugh, you might as well be dead already.
“Highly recommended show!” -Fringe Review
“Insightful, emotional, and laugh-out-loud funny!”- Comedy Clubhouse
ABOUT TERENCE HARTNETT
Terence Hartnett is a comedian and cancer survivor fresh off of his second sold-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with “1 Ball Show.” A regular at Caroline’s on Broadway and a 2022 selection for NY Comedy Festival’s Comics to Watch, his mix of personal storytelling and tightly written material can be enjoyed by diehard comedy fans and sensitive story lovers alike. His comedy is cleanish but not boring, personal but not cringe, and entertaining but not empty.
