BOP STOP is excited to welcome guitarist extraordinaire Mike Baggetta to the stage for a solo set. This performance precedes Outlab (rescheduled for this month).

Tickets for this evening are $15 in advance, $20 on the day of the show.

Iconoclastic guitarist and singer Mike Baggetta is most recently known for leading his post-genre power trio mssv (with the legendary rhythm team of drummer Stephen Hodges and bassist mike watt) through multiple US tours and album releases over the past 5 years, after releasing two additional albums of original music alongside watt and drummer Jim Keltner, all on the BIG EGO record label. His music has always been adventurous in spirit and style, so no wonder his latest endeavor finds him navigating the waters of creating his identifiably undefinable sound in a solo setting with only his guitar, voice and various musical gadgets.

Baggetta has had the pleasure to make music all over the world with a wide range of visionary musicians across many generations including David Torn, Nels Cline, Psychic Temple, Jeff Coffin, Henry Kaiser, Petra Haden, Rev. Fred Lane, Joseph C. Philips’ Numinous, Imani Uzuri, Viktor Krauss, J Mascis, David Wax Museum, Jerome Harris and Ruth Brown among many others.
