Hispanic Heritage Month Showcase: Ricardo Morales Vivero @ BOP STOP

Join us for an extra special National Hispanic Heritage Month celebration concert. Guitarist Ricardo Morales Vivero presents a selection of Latin American music that invites listeners to venture beyond the familiar worlds of Brazilian and Afro-Cuban music. From traditional folk songs to Latin American Jazz and Rock, Ricardo has curated a program that provides a glimpse into the rich musical history of Latin America.Tickets for tonight are $20 each in advance, $25 day of show.

Ricardo Morales Vivero is a guitarist and composer born in Quito, Ecuador. He studied jazz guitar at the Franz Liszt Conservatory in Quito and got his B.A in Jazz Studies from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. He relocated from Chicago to Cleveland in 2022 where he currently resides. A musician with an eclectic background, Ricardo brings together a variety of musical traditions to deliver a sound that feels fresh but familiar to listeners from all around the world. He released his debut album "Introspectiva" in August 2023. It is available on all music platforms.
