FASTER, LOUDER, LEANER, MEANER. QUEUE UP REUNION
TO ROCK THE BOP STOP SATURDAY JUNE 28

Tickets are $18 in advance, $22 day of show.

Goth. Glam. Rock-n-roll. The reunion of Queue Up has stripped away the noise and synths for a rawer bass, guitar and drums approach, allowing the dramatic voice of Ali Garrigan to ride above the driving rhythm. Showing off her theatrical quality, Ali will bring Queue Up to shake up the BOP STOP, Saturday, June 28, doors at 7pm, show at 8pm. Sharing the stage with Queue Up will be Vanity Crash.

"I am so excited to be back on stage with Dennis. We’ve even written new material that we are so pumped to share with our fans. It is amazing to have the super talented boys from Vanity Crash, Thomas Anonymous on drums and Matthew Angel on guitar, to fill out the Queue Up band, along with the lovely Julia Jewels on bass.", says Ali. "Look out! We're back!"

In the mid-90's Queue Up was a musical force to be reckoned with. With its dark lyrics, distinctive audio demeanor, emotionally disturbed imagery, slinky horror-struck guitars, diamond-cutting-glass vocals and over-the-top stage theatrics it was one of the strongest draws around. Its success included a widely distributed CD—Possession, international airplay of the song I Hate You Mr. Einstein, frequent touring, and a slot at Lollapalooza. When the band dissolved, it was on good terms with itself and its public. Over the years, many fans have remained true to them, even in the band's physical absence. Now, years later, Queue Up is back. Guitarist/Writer Dennis Van Crash and Vocalist/Writer Ali Garrigan have rejoined to bring on a newer, leaner, more visceral incarnation of the darkly enigmatic, vivid Gothic/Industrial band that is Queue Up.

Vanity Crash was born on stage under hot lights in the crucible of sound and fury as the glam-punk band The Angry Inch in the rock musical Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Ever since, Vanity Crash has been dressing up and throwing down eye-popping synchronized light shows, outrageous stage costumes and provocative attitude, opening for the likes of the New York Dolls, Poison, Semi Precious Weapons, the Darkness and Gogol Bordello. Their recent celebrated tributes to pop culture heroes include timeless gems performed live alongside their own incendiary originals. Vanity Crash recently dropped their 5th original release, Phantasmagoria, which includes an original track featuring David Bowie's longtime pianist, Mike Garson.
