Join us for an evening of celebrating a collaboration between Indian classical musicians and area jazz musicians. Led by pianist, Leo Coach, Infusion brings together voices from Northeast Ohio and across India to perform an exciting evening of music. Tickets for tonight are $20 each in advance, $25 day of show. $10 student tickets will be available at the door. A $3 processing fee will be added to your purchase.
This event will also be livestreamed on BOP STOP's Youtube Channel at showtime. Accessing the stream is free but donations are encouraged and directly support the band.

Joe Culley has been playing tabla, which is a North Indian drum for over 20 .His tabla drumming gurus are international tabla master, Ustad Zakir Hussain, tabla maestro, Ty Burhoe. He has played in a wide variety of musical contexts ranging from hardcore punk, classic rock, Latin, and jazz.
Lalit Subramaniam: Vocals and Mirdangam Kanjira
Lalit Subramanian is a well sought after performer, composer and educator of Indian Classical Music in the US. Grew up in India trained under master musicians in both the North and South Indian traditions. He has performed at various prestigious venues in the US such as the Kennedy Center for performing arts (Washington, D.C.), Walt Disney Concert Hall (Los Angeles, CA), Maltz Performing Arts and Thyagaraja Aradhana(Cleveland, OH) and various venues in India and also as a recording artist in many cross-genre collaborations.
Medha Lalit Iyer: Violin
Studies Indian Classical singing, both western and Carnatic violin. She has won several prizes and has been placed first in national global competitions. Most recently in PTA reflections she will be going to the state competitions also she placed 2nd in the Ohio Federation Music composer competition she is now going to regionals and will be featured in their composers booklet.
Kamryn McCrory: Cello
Kamryn McCrory is a classical cellist from Cleveland, Ohio. For the last sixteen years, she has been involved in the Cleveland State University School of Music program called 'The String Project', she was a member of a start-up program called 'El Sistema @ University Circle' was a member of the Cleveland Orchestra Youth Orchestra (COYO) and performed across Europe in four countries in June 2019.
Sreekrishna Pasumarty: Flutes
A vocalist, educator and instrumentalist who has collaborated with renowned music legends and performed at various festivals in India and North America including the Tana, Sampada, and Sapna festivals. He has also been a part of Cleveland Thyagaraja Arahana
Reed Simon: Violin
Reed Simon is an exhibiting painter, educator as well as a professional jazz violinist. Reed has been fortunate to have worked with many of Cleveland's top jazz musicians over the years and has been on area stages including Nighttown warming up for artists such as French guitarists Olli Soikkeli and Stephane Wremble. In 2021, Reed was a guest artist with the Cleveland Jazz Orchestra under the direction of Paul Ferguson and backed up New York based French jazz group “Nuage Rhythms:”
Leo Coach: Piano
Leo has performed and composed music with musicians from around the world in a variety of different genres from theater pieces, poetry collaborations, Latin Jazz and Salsa and Carnatic music. In 2023 Leo was honored with the title, Seva Rathna by the Thyagaraja Indian Music Festival committee for contributions to the Carnatic Arts. Leo is currently head of the Ursuline College Music Program and teaches courses in Ethnomusicology/World Music at CSU.
