"Get Lit!" CD Release Party
October 23 from 8:00pm - 10:00pm
Blue Lunch is a 7 piece band with multiple vocalists and a 2 man horn section that has been performing throughout the region for over 40 years! Tickets to attend in person are $25 each (a $3 processing fee will be added to your ticket).
The band repertoire consists of a mix of original and classic southern soul, blues, jazz, and New Orleans rhythm and blues. Blue Lunch has performed for enthusiastic crowds many times at the Bop Stop over the years.
For this show, Northeast Ohio organ master Tim Longfellow will be joining Blue Lunch on the Bop Stop Hammond organ. Blue Lunch is also bringing in New England legend Mario Perrett on saxophone and vocals. Mario has toured the world with The Love Dogs, Barrence Whitfield and the Savages, and Luther "Guitar Junior" Johnson. He'll be making his Blue Lunch, and Bop Stop debut on October 23!
This event will also serve as a CD Release Party, as Blue Lunch has produced it's ninth CD, and first in 12 years, "Get Lit!" on the Wilbert's Blues Label!
