BOP STOP
BOP STOP at The Music Settlement is Cleveland's premier listening room: an intimate, acoustically pristine performance venue with sweeping views of Lake Erie.
November 8 from 7:00pm - 9:00pm
BOP STOP is excited to present master musician Kenny Werner and his trio. Pianist Kenny Werner, bassist Greg Loughman, and drummer Mark Walker first met while jamming at a friend’s party, where they immediately felt a musical connection. That spontaneity and connection turned into a musical collaboration built on interplay and shared music, creating space for the music to unfold naturally in the moment.
Together, the trio brings three highly individual voices into a setting where spontaneous interaction is at the center of the music. Their performance will feature original compositions by Werner and Loughman alongside inventive, fresh arrangements of jazz standards, blending lyrical expression with adventurous improvisation. The result is an intimate, dynamic trio experience shaped in the moment by three musicians with a deep commitment to listening, exploration, and musical connection.
Tickets for tonight are $35 each (a $3 per ticket processing fee will be added to your purchase). This show will not be live-streamed.
Kenny will present a FREE Education Masterclass at 5pm before the show.
