Center for Music Ensemble Audition Form
Several of our Center for Music ensembles require an audition or placement audition prior to registration. Those wishing to join one of those ensembles must complete this form to schedule an audition with the ensemble director. You may request multiple auditions on one form. Please use the Additional Comments section to add specific notes or anything else you would like our team to know.
Audition videos can be uploaded to YouTube, DropBox, or Google Drive. Please provide a link to the video in the space provided.
Once submitted, your audition form will be passed along to the appropriate ensemble director(s). Please be sure to provide an accurate phone number and email address.
