Session Length: 1 week
Skill Level: Beginner

Let’s learn a new instrument!

Join us for a weeklong summer camp as we learn how to play the ukulele. Campers will learn basic chords, simple songs, strumming, improv, and how to read lyric and chord charts. No prior experience is necessary. Campers who do have prior experience will work separately on advanced techniques.

If you have your own ukulele, please bring it! If not, we will have instruments available for use during camp.

Inclusion options and supportive programming may be available to assist students/campers. Please call The Music Settlement's Center for Music Therapy at 216-421-5806 ext. 104 or email us to discuss whether a program and/or camp has the potential to be a successful experience for your child. The Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship is not an eligible fund for any camp at The Music Settlement. (This fund may be used for music therapy services.)
