- Music Therapy
Our Center for Music Therapy (CMT) is the first community organization to offer clinical, preventative, and supportive services focused on the healing powers of music on a large scale. Our board-certified music therapists utilize specially-designed, music-based interventions to enhance the lives of children and adults living with a variety of challenges.
Music therapy is an established health profession that uses clinical and evidence-based music interventions to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals. Music therapy supports learning and the transfer of skills, improves quality of life, and offers hope to those enduring challenging diagnoses, illness or pain, including those working toward rehabilitation or receiving hospice care.
From infants to senior adults, we serve all clients through private and group sessions. Whether offered on-site, in-home, or at one of our partner agencies throughout Northeast Ohio, our services are designed with convenience and accessibility in mind.
We work closely with families to ensure they receive all possible financial assistance. To learn more about how we can help you or a loved one, call (216) 421-5806 ext. 246.
